"BEFORE" photo taken during our 2005 participation at Multnohah Falls show the blank white "windows" lack of any roofline. While most railrans understood it was supposed to look like the observation platform of a passenger rail car, the display lacked details that made it look "train-like", and more than a few members of the public asked us "what's that porch for?"
